This weeks action..........

With the presidential circus drawing to a close in the USA, 7 heads gather to fight their own campaign for world domination.

Myself, Raff, Dougie, Gregor, Colin, Gordo and Dennis get down to business, all to play for with only 7 weeks left until the ballots are counted.

The big buy in results in a tecthy affair, all players still grinding at the end of the buy-ins, only 3 players left with the option. After a night of terrific hold cards I push the last stack into the middle with J's Gordo calls with Ak and hits top pair.

The early bath means there's a new sheriff in town as Dougie takes top spot in the League. A quick exit in disgust makes for a poor write up. I'm pretty sure what happened though......

Dennis gets too stoned and handed his had earned chip lead away, Dougie slow plays a few monsters and amasses a stack. Gordo gets too drunk and too stoned and donates the stack to Dougie. Colin gets coolered and Gregor implodes like the death star.

Or maybe not......

Its been a funny old couple of weeks, Lewis Hamilton becomes the first black man to win formula one, Barack Obama becomes the first black President and Gordo gets into the points for the second week in a row!

Word has it that dougie jumps with both feet into the hot sopay bath, leaving Gordo and Nic-Nak to go heads up. Gregor gets lucky in the end and takes it down.

More drama unfolds in the run-in as the title for top spot is nearly as tight as the battle for President Spoony.
